Service administrator

Your new company

An Oil & Gas Company that provides support and solutions to it's customers all over the world. The company's Malaga Branch is urgently seeking a temporary administrator to cover annual leave.

Your new role

While an employee is on annual leave you will be responsible for the execution of all general administrative duties for the branch. As the face of the branch, you will greet all visitors, answer and direct incoming calls and emails and set up and clear before and after meetings. Moreover, as the sole service administrator you will be responsible for raising all customer service orders and raise purchase orders accordingly. Moreover, you will ensure all invoices are prepared in SAP and coordinate and prepare reports as required. You will manage all labour i.e rosters, R&R and review timesheets weekly against service schedule.

What you'll need to succeed

As the sole administrator within the branch you will be:

  • Professionally presented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Experience working in a service administration role: managing invoicing, purchase orders, reporting, labour management.
  • Essential systems knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite, SAP
