About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and vibrant Nurse Practitioner to complement the senior clinical leadership team of Adult Access that incorporates the following services, crisis assessment and treatment services (CATS), ED Response, Telephone Triage and Mental Health and Police (MHaP). You will play a key and pivotal role in leading change, promoting research to successfully implement change processes and ensure evidence based practices are foremost in the model of care for adult access.

Be accountable for the standards and outcomes of practice within the program.

About you

To be successful in this role you should possess:

  • Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA), with no conditions of registration relating to unsatisfactory professional performance or unprofessional conduct.
  • Completed Master degree of Nurse Practitioner or equivalent Clinical Master degree, as deemed appropriate by Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia via AHPRA, including the Therapeutic Medication management module.
  • Endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner on the National Register via the NMBA
  • Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
  • A strong commitment to high quality care
  • The ability to work as part of a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
