Your new company
This organisation is a well-respected government department who aims to provide extremely high-level Customer Service to the public. Due to their recent increase in work load, they are now seeking a like-minded individual who can join their customer service team within the Contact Centre department.
Your new role
Working in the public sector you will be a valued member of staff, as you will be the face and voice of the organisation. You will be working in a high-volume contact centre team where you will be taking inbound calls from the public. You will be required to manage general enquires, provide information about payments, hard waste, lost animals as well as, current and future projects. Whilst, maintaining an exceptional level of customer service. You will be working Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am - 5pm with workings hours changing weekly.
