This is a part-time opportunity working 3 or 4 days per week for 8 hours per day. The operational hours are between 7am to 7pm based on business needs, however, please reach out to us to discuss what flexibility could look like for you.
A bit about your role
As a Customer Field Specialist, you will play a vital role in working on Customer Service field tasks across potentially all nbn technologies. This is an autonomous role where you will be responsible for installation, repair and maintenance of nbn products and services. You’ll have the opportunity to work in multiple environments both internal and external but predominantly inside the customer’s premises.
Full training will be provided onsite by an all-female cohort to ensure you are set up for success !

You may come from a telecommunications technical background or you might be looking for a change in career path. Whatever your background, a large part of this role is working in customer’s premises, so it will also be important you have exceptional customer service skills and can display honesty and integrity while being self-managed and motivated.
