Control room operator - premium site

We are seeking Part Time Control Room Operators who are suitably qualified, self-motivated and professional to meet our client's requirement at our Premium site. This is a Monday to Sunday rotating roster, with a combination of Day and Night shifts.

As a Security Officer, you must be able to walk for long periods, enjoy a variety of duties and have outstanding personal presentation and customer service skills. The primary functions of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Control Room duties, alarm monitoring
  • Providing high quality frontline customer service and support
  • Risk identification and issue resolution
  • General security duties including administration tasks
  • Working within a team environment
  • The ability and confidence to work on your own.


The suitable candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Minimum 5 years Security Officer experience (essential)
  • Minimum 2 years Control Room experience (essential)
  • Minimum 2 years in Commercial high-rise building experience (desirable)
  • Current WA Security License
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • CCTV & Access Control Systems experience
  • Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
  • High Computer Skills, experience in Excel, Word and BMS Systems
  • Excellent Administration Skills
  • Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
  • Full, unlimited right-to-work in Australia
