Are you a skilled solution sales specialist with broad experience developing relationships with people from all walks of life? Dentistry Plus has a newly created opportunity for a Patient Relationship Manager to join our team of professionals and practitioners. Working with our reception staff and other key stakeholders, you will manage the sales process for all new enquiries. You will be responsible for the conversion of leads to patients, proactively building relationships in our communities to leverage further business development.

Develop and implement a sales plan for all clinics.
Manage the sales process of all leads to patients and increase our lead conversion.
Working with reception staff, handle all new sales enquiries.
Manage our social media community relationships and direct enquiries to appropriate stakeholders.
Develop and maintain patient retention strategies.
Provide sales support and training to front office staff.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To be successful in this role, you will need to have/be:
Strong solution selling, customer service, client retention, or relationship management experience.
Highly attuned interpersonal skills, able to talk with people from all walks of life, with a high degree of sensitivity to people's concerns.
Superior oral & written communication skills are your everyday tools of trade.
Powerful influencing and negotiation skills.
Well-practised initiative and intuition to effectively manage your workload.
A strong time-management focus, able to manage different priorities to conflicting deadlines.
A strong understanding of the sales process, able to identify weaknesses and implement strengthening strategies.
Ability to work equally effectively as part of a team with multiple stakeholders from various levels, and autonomously.
Tech-savvy with extensive experience utilising social media for business.
Experience and ability guiding and mentoring others.
Fluent and native English speaker.
Dental experience or exposure is an advantage, but not mandatory.
