Splend is about giving people from all walks of life the freedom to earn an income. Our model is flexible car access, rental and rent-to-buy, but when it comes down to it, what matters the most is the positive impact we make on the lives of our members. That comes in the form of ongoing training and support, maintenance, insurance, and even analytics to help them earn more money.
Splend was launched in Sydney in 2015, now three and a half years later, Splend is able to offer freedom to all kinds of people through car rental, and rent-to-buy options. But we don’t stop there. We provide unprecedented levels of support and training, to help our members make the most of their time on the road
Splend’s Vehicle Depot Assistant play a huge part in the day to day logistical operations of the rental fleet. We need a motivated and eager individual who is an expert team worker, to help us with maintaining our vehicles status and quality, as well as on-boarding and off-boarding when required. We like to make sure our vehicles are 100% ready for our members, so it’s vital you are capable of working with a high level of detail. You’ll need a keen eye and be super organised because part of this role is to report vehicle damage, and ensure the right person is charged for the repairs.
