We are seeking an administration professional with prior experience in providing top class admin support for Engineers and Drafters in a consultancy environment.
This role will provide admin support to several sectors within the business; IT, Project Management, Geotechnical, New Zealand Hydrogeology team and reception (as required). Someone with engineering technical interests would be well suited.
The successful applicant will thrive under pressure and enjoy variety in their day. Time management abilities, exceptionally well organised and possessing high levels of professionalism, discretion, reliability and a positive attitude are a must.
The initial contract is full-time for a period 6 months, with potential for extension and/or permanency for the right applicant.
