Lauderdale BMW of Fort Lauderdale is seeking a highly motivated; customer focused CPO/Internal Service Advisor to join our growing team!

  • Generate repair orders on pre-owned and CPO vehicles; follow through from beginning all the way to completion .
  • Ensure all BMW manufacture CPO processes and procedures are followed and administered properly from beginning to the end.
  • Keep the pre-owned managers informed daily on ALL their vehicles current status. This includes coordinating and dispatching to vendors for dent, wheel, interior, and body shop repairs.
  • Work closely with the dedicated pre-owned technician to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Set appointments and follow up with all customers that the pre-owned department assigns you.
  • Assist the pre-owned managers with accessing vehicle condition.
  • Answer incoming service calls while in the cashier’s office and make appointments.
  • Assist customers on the service drive with oil top offs and adjusting tire pressure.
  • Assist with fueling vehicles as needed.
  • Assist with dropping off or picking up service customers as needed.
  • Assist with service filing when they are backed up or during your down time.
  • Assist service and pre-owned department with any needed task.

What are we looking for?

  • High School Diploma
  • Highline experience strongly preferred
  • Current valid driver’s license and the ability to operate an automobile
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to be a team player
  • Ability to work Saturday
