Contributing 500+ hotel rooms to the accommodation market to date, over the next five years, our client will deliver an additional 500+ rooms to the mid-scale, up-scale and luxury market. With a growing portfolio of trusted hotel brands and food and beverage offerings, this is an opportunity to join a true force in the ACT hotel space.

The Venue
This will be Canberra’s newest 5-star hotel set to open its doors in Sept 2019, The Hotel boasts 199 hotel rooms, two food & beverage outlets and conference and events facilities. 5-star guest amenities include a pool, health spa, room service, business centre and more.

The Role;

  • Welcoming guests with energy and enthusiasm in person and via phone
  • Reviewing & confirming all reservations daily
  • Managing check in and check out process with ease
  • Liaising with all departments to ensure guest satisfaction in all areas
  • Supporting the front office management team in ad hoc tasks
You will have;
  • Strong experience in hotel reception with excellent communication and presentation
  • 5-star hotel experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • A team player, looking for a rewarding career.
