Role Summary:

The Guardsman Sales & Marketing Team is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to provide timely and accurate administration support to the business across Australia.

This role will assist the Sales & Marketing Manager and co-ordinate the marketing and communications functions of the company and coordinate all integrated marketing activities and processes in accordance with global and local strategies and corporate identity guidelines.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Sales & Marketing Manager in the design and co-ordination of all integrated marketing activities and other marketing plans
  • Co-ordinating promotional campaigns and preparing post campaign performance analysis reports including making recommendations of corrective modifications and improvements
  • Running and managing monthly sales and customer reports
  • Assisting with and co-ordinating all day-to-day and administrative functions such as internal conference and launch events, trade shows and events, sales / marketing and other purchase orders and invoicing

Importantly, this role will be a focal point for many of the forward planning sales and marketing activities and projects, such as:

  • Website planning, update and management
  • CRM and sales field sales communication programs
  • Review of content, design and development of all brochures, packaging, flyers and other marketing and promotional materials in accordance with corporate guidelines and consumer legislation
  • Any and all eDM and digital marketing requirements
  • Assisting with market segmentation and strategy
  • Assisting with new business development
  • Assisting with new product development
  • Co-ordination of collateral and packaging for export market

Skills & Experience:

To be successful in this role you will have;

  • Understanding of marketing strategies
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign) an advantage
  • Ability to learn and use new online tools and products
  • A positive and outgoing attitude
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing
  • Accurate and timely delivery of reporting
