Due to the continuous success of our Asia Pacific operations, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior/Associate Pavement Engineer to join Transport infrastructure team in one of the offices located in Sydney CBD or Parramatta.

Your role:

Reporting to National Discipline Leader, this is a specialist technical role within our pavement design group providing cutting-edge and innovative design solutions to internal and external clients nationally. You will have broad experience in heavy-duty flexible and rigid pavement designs and subsurface drainage systems. In this role, you will involve and lead throughout the project lifecycle ranging from concept design to construction stage advisory.

You will have:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering, preferably post-graduate qualification in Pavement engineering
  • 8+ years’ ANZ experience in structural pavement designs (including rehabilitation) within multi-discipline project environments
  • Project experience with state road authorities and their design guidelines
  • Advanced working knowledge of mechanistic pavement design software tools specifically CIRCLY
  • Passion for delivery of high-quality design reports and drawings
  • Possess or working toward becoming a CPEng and/or Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ)
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
  • Ability to travel nationally as required.
