The Insurance Integrity Analyst position is an integral part of the Insurance & Employer Services team that will provide specialist insurance knowledge and analytical skills to ensure we meet the integrity of our insurance offering for our members.
As an Insurance Integrity Analyst, you will contribute to a superior end to end customer experience through the delivery of the insurance offering within CFS products.

This role is within Colonial First State (CFS) and sits within the CFS Operations Division. CFS Operations is the largest division in CFS and is responsible for looking after the day to day interactions we have with our clients, advisers, investors and employers.
Your team sits within the Insurance & Employer Services team and will be responsible for the review and accuracy of member’s insurance data as well as ensuring regular checks are performed by Client Operations in line with our business obligations on insurance integrity.

A key responsibility for this role is to support and coordinate the execution of customer insurance reviews in line with the CFS framework. This includes:
This role also plays a pivotal function in supporting the Senior Manager, Insurance Operations with communications, stakeholder engagement, and analysis in order to support customer activity in line with the CFS guidelines and to identify and engage with stakeholders across the Group as required.
