Office Administration Assistant

We are after an optimistic, outgoing and self-motivated candidate, who is passionate about their career growth. Previous experience in an administration role (Solar industry experience highly advantageous).

Tasks include:

  • Answering phones
  • Reception - face to face with clients
  • Managing CRM system
  • Scheduling in Jobs
  • Compliance handling
  • Preparing quotations together with the Project manager
  • General customer service
  • Ad-hoc general office admin (e.g.: collecting mails, scanning, filing)
  • Liaising with installers
  • Grid application
  • Stock ordering
  • Reception duties
  • Handling customer enquiries and complaints

Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Ability to multitask and excellent time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Need to have own transport

Experience:

  • customer service: 2 years
  • Administrative Assistant: 2 years
