About the role
An exciting career opportunity exists for a highly motivated & proactive Sous Chef to join the Dublin Docks Tavern. As a Sous Chef you will be responsible supervising the kitchen in absence of the Head Chef and in busy period and supporting the Head Chef in stock control and other kitchen management activities. You will also be completing mise-en-place, serving meals and washing up and cleaning the kitchen after the preparation and service and for supervising the kitchen in absence of the Head Chef and in busy period. Skills and experience
Trade cooking qualifications are essential.
