Your new role
This role is diverse, varied but rewarding. Reporting directly to the Senior Branch Manager you will be working in a Deputy Branch Management capacity, supporting the overall delivery of exceptional service to their wider clients. This role plays a key and pivotal part in assisting with the day to day management, service functions and operations of the branch. This role will also be working in the below key responsibilities areas:

  • Provide functional support to the team with technical knowledge.
  • Advise and consult the team on industries matters.
  • Management, hiring and retention of staff
  • Performance manage and staff engagement
  • Deliver and implementation of training, development strategies and support to employees.
  • Engage with clients and conduct a strong level of stakeholder engagement.
  • Be the main POC for all clients.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. (ideally in front line management, property services and/or development).
  • 3 - 5 years of demonstrated successful management experience preferably in a services industry or environment. Strata management / body corporate experience desired but not essential. If you have management / operations from a Property Service industry, we encourage you to APPLY NOW.
  • Ability to learn and interpret body corporate legislation and apply to an operational context in a customer focused organisation.
  • Demonstrated success in mentoring, coaching and performance management.
  • Ability to break down procedures into component parts and train new and current employees.
  • Understanding and expertise in systems and other technology including CRMs, document management system, Office 365, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to drive and implement change.
