Project engineers - contract roles

Corestaff are seeking experienced Project Engineers for 6 month contracts which could be extended for the right candidate.

About Our Client

Our client is a Blue Chip Mining Company which have an excellent Perth CBD office and working conditions

About The Job

Reporting to the Lead Project Engineers you will be in charge of multiple small projects which include areas of mine maintenance and associated infrastructure in and around the mine sites.

You will be required to:

  • Project Manage and have input into the budgets, plans and schedules for your projects
  • Support feasibility studies, cost benefits analysis, impact assessments and project business cases to obtain project approvals
  • Travel to site on an as-needs basis to meet project requirements
  • Commitment to health, safety, environment responsibility and sustainable development

About You


To be suitable for these contract roles:

  • A Tertiary qualification in Project Management and/or Engineering are highly desirable
  • Experience in an operational mining environment, previous experience with either Water Projects or High Voltage Infrastructure will be highly desirable
  • Strong operational and process discipline
