My client are a market leading financial technology organisation, who have a cloud hosted SaaS offering which you will be supporting.
This role is providing front line support to their clients over phone and email.
You will receive training on their systems, required industry knowledge and be able to map out your career growth in the organisation based upon your personal goals and interests.
Ideally you will have prior experience providing technical support to applications or systems for another financial services, banking, trading, superannuation or financial technology vendor organisation.
Good SQL skills are a must as you'll be utilising this for performance tuning.
You'll need to be comfortable handling and troubleshooting critical support issues, sometimes a high number of tickets, have great time management and prioritisation skills, and keep your cool under pressure.
