Reporting directly to the Group Property Manager, this role is primarily responsible for managing Fit-out and refurbishment projects across the current and emerging Silver Chain portfolio which may require travel on an ad-hoc basis.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to; managing capital works and fit-out projects including the preparation and presentation of feasibility studies (this also includes the management of external contractors and internal resources), preparation and review of project plans, programs and communication plans including the completion of due diligence, and the creation of business cases to support overall property strategies. This role is also responsible for managing lease negotiations and the identification of suitable land and property opportunities aligned with Silver Chain’s long-term strategic plans.
This challenging and exciting opportunity would suit an experienced property professional with demonstrated success managing capital works projects within a medium to large organisation. Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills will ensure your success in managing and maintaining good working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Under the Aged Care act 1997, successful candidates will be required to provide a satisfactory National Police Clearance prior to commencement.
