Courtesy of sustained growth our client is looking for a Sales Manager to head up their business unit. Our client has an appetite for growth and will supply our preferred incumbent with a mandate to build, incubate and mentor a team of salespeople to deliver an increased number of sales to their established business unit; together with develop, refine and streamline investment sales and marketing related processes and outcomes.
Your role will involve a 'hands on' approach to selling; whilst building and overseeing a team of BDM's, offering mentoring, tuition and motivation to each individual, ensuring your staff perform to their potential whilst complying with relevant policies and procedures. Further you will explore and implement strategy to improve lead generation and sales practices; and wholesaler relationships.
Our ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar capacity with another builder or marketing firm; in a leadership capacity. A pedigree of results driven leadership and performance management will be vital, together with an exceptional understanding of the processes associated with marketing and selling investment house and land developments.
Your knowledge and experience in delivering successful investment sale strategies will assist in providing strategic advice to key stakeholders within the business, helping determine profitability and business direction. You will possess exceptional motivational, mentoring and nurturing skills, together with experience implementing sales training and personal development strategies to sales incumbents.
