Your day to day You will supervise the gaming area and ensure that the hotel is gaming regulation compliant. This includes, but is not limited to cash handling management, attending to payouts, Keno cashier and advising members of any promotions. Whilst monitoring the gaming section, you will provide Reliably Different service to our guests by using your initiative to pre-empt guest requests and being point of contact for any issues that may arise. What we need from you You will need a valid and current Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate and Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate. You will ideally have a minimum of three years'experience in the hospitality industry in a similar role. You will have tertiary qualifications in Hospitality or an equivalent combination of education and experience. You will have a high energy level, demonstrated ability interacting with guests, and the ability to drive a an engaged winning culture with your team members. Must speak fluent English and have the ability to work a seven day rotating roster.
