Your role in our future.
We are seeking an individual with excellent communication and customer service skills to join our busy team on Ward 6A as a part-time ward clerk. As the first contact for our patients and visitors the ward clerk's role is pivotal in assisting with patient and visitor queries. The ward clerk works within the multidisciplinary team to ensure all aspects of the patients' admission and discharge are managed smoothly.
Key requirements of the position:
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service and communication

  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams

  • Ability to problem solve and prioritise tasks

  • Advanced computer skills

  • Knowledge of iPM, PFM (desirable)
