About the role
We are looking for a Full Time Events Service Coordinator to join our Events Service team to support the operation. This position will oversee, co-ordinate & provide administrative support in completing Rosters, Etivity and Payroll tracker report. In addition, the Events Service Coordinator will provide day-to-day administrative support as delegated by Food & Beverage management and maintain and create departmental databases and filing systems. As no two days are the same in our events space due to its exclusivity, we are looking for someone who is ready to take on an exciting challenge. This is a great role for someone with banquets/events experience and is looking for their next career move in an administrative role.
