We are currently looking for an experienced Senior SAP Solution Architect / Solution Advisor  focusing on the SAP SuccessFactors  / HCM Suite..

This is a permanent role with a truly phenomenal established organization, that is growing exponentially. Our Client prides itself on its high level of professionalism, capabilities, and it's phenomenal brand. Second to none.

In this interesting and varied role, you will focus on a wide range of activities revolved around engaging and building relationships with customers and prospects at all levels of an organisation.  You will have ample opportunity to demonstrate your expertise in a number of areas such as preparing and delivering solution demos and presentations, Road - Mapping, Solution Governance, and working closely with the Delivery teams  to ensure best outcomes.

You will also be proud of your ability to lead customer engagements from an architectural perspective, guiding the customer and your own team to deliver the best outcome.

You will provide thought leadership and advice based on your in-depth experience in the SF/HCM space.

Therefore, you should be able to demonstrate outstanding expertise in SAP SuccessFactors / SAP HCM and an ability to present /engage large and complex clients at a strategic level. 
 

The ideal candidate will have a blend of the following skills and experience:

• 10+ years SAP HCM/ SuccessFactors consulting experience.
• Large complex SAP projects experience acting as an Architect / Solution Architect on end-to-end HCM / SuccessFactors implementations is essential.
• Must have strong core SAP HCM experience and strong SuccessFactors experience across multiple modules.
•  
• Excellent English language communication skills and a natural ability to present complex scenarios to large and complex organizations.
