About the role

This is a hands-on role within a small office environment executing marketing across ANZ and throughout Asia. Perfect for those serious about starting out in their marketing career.

Working closely with the Communications & Marketing Services Manager you will be expected to provide support and coordination on all customer campaigns to ensure deadlines and key deliverables are meet.

Typical campaign elements you will work on with the broader team:

- Campaign website design and build
- Paid social media campaigns
- Digital advertising campaigns with industry media
- Email marketing (design and send)
- Content creation (case studies, infographics, video content)
- Event management

We will provide hands on training on all the requirements for effective campaign management. You will bring to the role your own abilities to juggle competing priorities whilst still maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. 

Each day brings a new challenge, so the right person will be someone with a can-do attitude and who is willing to assist on every level. You will be required to meet tight deadlines and to think on your feet! 

Your duties would include:

  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution including co-ordination of third party contractors
  • Analyse and interpret campaign results to generate insights, track ROI, recommend audience segmentation and make constructive recommendations to optimise campaigns along with end of campaign reports
  • Proof-read campaign communications and materials
  • Work with in-house and external designers to brief in new work and provide ongoing design feedback
  • Work with finance to track all costs against purchase orders and confirm all monthly customer invoicing
  • Create customer case studies and content for our own company website
  • Responding to customer requests and queries via phone or email
  • Rewards payment processing

Skills and experience

You won't need a marketing qualification but will need to have experience and a real passion for customer satisfaction! If organisation, being a stickler for good grammar and attention to detail are your thing, along with a sprinkling of creative flair and lots of initiative then this role is for you. You'll be comfortable juggling many tasks at once and happy communicating with a range of people across the business.
