Monash Health is an impressive organisation of seven public hospitals, 21 community health sites, five aged care facilities, university affiliated international research and tertiary education. We provide healthcare for the entire lifespan from pre-birth to palliative care and all stages in between, and we have recently opened the new 230-bed Monash Children’s Hospital.
Our People & Culture team supports the organisation by providing relevant, practical and time efficient advice across a wide range of issues to deliver best practice people management outcomes. We are now looking for an experienced professional to join our committed team in a business partnership role.
About the Role/ Key Accountabilities
Working collaboratively with senior management across a dedicated stakeholder group, you’ll be accountable for advising on a range of people matters. Specific areas of responsibility include:
You’ve already proven your value in a HR partnership role, ideally within a large, complex organisation, and are motivated by the satisfaction that comes from working across a diverse portfolio. You hold undergraduate or postgraduate degree studies in Human Resource Management or a relevant business discipline and you can demonstrate previous success working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
You’ll work with a large portfolio and gain exposure to a wide variety of people issues as you support senior management through our ongoing organisational journey of change. Your stakeholders and your team will value your sound advice and professionalism and will appreciate your contribution to our ability to provide the best possible patient experience every day.
