The Digital Educator is responsible for supporting the digital transformation by delivering development which incorporates adult learning principles and maximises the knowledge and skills of staff in the digital space. The Digital Educator works closely with the Change Business Partner and relevant project managers to identify appropriate and effective development options to ensure the effective implementation and embedding of new and existing business systems. This role presents an exciting opportunity support the implementation of new technology, improve employee’s skills and the organisations ability to deliver on their long-term strategy.
You are a tertiary qualified and experienced learning professional with a track record of successfully developing and implementing technology -based training. You have experience in creating online learning modules and the use of online learning platforms.
You are known for your excellent interpersonal skills, effective time management skills and the ability to develop effective relationships with stakeholders. You are passionate about supporting and encouraging others learning.
