About the role:
We are looking for a Pharmacy Retail Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. To succeed in this role, you must have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to train and inspire the team to deliver on customer service and sales budgets. You will be working closely with the Pharmacist Manager to achieve business profit outcomes. Your area of responsibility is the retail sales floor - leading the team by example. You need you to enjoy implementing strategies and improving systems to raise team performance and sales growth.

Qualifications and experience:
  • Certificate in Community Pharmacy
  • A passion to develop and train others through effective team management and leadership practices
  • 2-3 years retail management experience is essential
  • Prior experience in pharmacy is highly regarded
  • Proficiency with basic computer software programs
  • Certificate in Retail (preferable but not essential)
  • Current police clearance
