About the Role:

Our client is seeking an efficient and driven National Sales Manager to drive the sales division of their rapidly expanding business. You will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for the leadership, growth and management of a high performing sales team.

Duties:

  • Develop and maintain the strategic direction of the Sales division in line with the operational goals of the business.
  • Successfully maintain market knowledge and assess new opportunities across the industry with new and existing clients.
  • Build the capabilities and overall performance of the sales division through effective training and coaching strategies.

Skills & Experience:

To ensure your success in this position, you must have demonstrated experience controlling the strategic direction of a sales team in a manufacturing environment. A strong leadership background and managerial skill set with a revenue driven approach will be key to your success. Strong negotiation and communication skills, along with a passion for managing people and processes will be essential.
