About the Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who will assist in the continuous growth of our Bank at the Sydney CBD Branch. This position is ideal for anyone who is interested in engaging in quality conversations with our customers and providing them guidance and support in a frontline role.

You will ensure that customer's immediate service needs are met and opportunities are identified by understanding their broader financial needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cash handling
  • Building relationships with new and existing customers
  • Cross selling the Bank's products and services
  • Creating and maintaining customer profiles and records
  • Opening accounts, handling general enquiries, exchanging money, international transfer
  • Reporting, checking and comprehensive compliance
