The Hub @ Docklands is located in the heart of Docklands and facilitates the usage of the Dockland Sports Courts in addition to the Flagstaff Gardens Sports Courts. The Y enables the use of these spaces from the Hub along with 6 bookable spaces and hot desks.
Working alongside key stakeholders of these developing communities would see successful applicants exposed to opportunities to engage and develop programs.Key Elements of the Role
The Administration Officer is responsible for the face of the YMCA in the Docklands, a thriving new community with over 12,000 residents and 50,000 workers. The Y is committed to working with the City of Melbourne to create an active and engaged community.
It is critical that Administration Officers are passionate about service delivery with the customer experience at the forefront of all interactions and displays a commitment and belief in the mission of the YMCA. In addition to providing all customers with the highest possible level of service, customer service staff will be inclusive and tolerant and will at all times recognise and respect an individual’s gender, race, age, culture, ethnicity, class, religion or disability.
