Due to the expansion of our property management department, Ray White City South is on the lookout for a two standout individuals that are looking to advance their property management careers. The successful applicants will slot into our well-established and supportive property management team.

The ideal candidates will have previous property management experience and it would be advantageous if one of the candidates spoke Cantonese & Mandarin. 

The Role:

As a property manager, you'll have the opportunity to manage your own portfolio of properties.

On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a great portfolio of properties;
  • Providing exceptional customer service to Landlords and Tenants;
  • Completing ingoing and outgoing inspections;
  • Arrears control;
  • Arranging and managing property maintenance;
  • General administration duties; and
  • Using our PM software including, REST, Console Cloud & Inspect Real Estate.

The great thing is there is no:

  • Saturday work;
  • Conducting open for inspections & private inspections; or
  • Conducting routine inspections;

We have a support team to do all that!

The Candidate:

To be successful in the role you'll have:

  • A great 'can do' attitude and positive outlook;
  • A current real estate certificate or registration;
  • A strong customer focus;
  • Problem solving skills;
  • Outstanding written & oral communication skills;
  • Be able to understand and adhere to legislation;
  • Be able to work both as part of a team and autonomously;
  • Intermediate computer knowledge;
  • Cantonese & Mandarin speaking (desired but not essential)
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable car.
