Connect Resources is a specialist provider of Recruitment and Labour hire solutions in Western Australia. Our recruitment team have a combined 15+ years recruiting for local roles in Perth and FIFO roles in regional WA, specialising in labour hire and permanent placements for various industries.
About the Role's:
Due to continued growth and the recent award of a number of high profile contracts, Connect Resources have an exciting opportunity for an outgoing proactive recruitment consultant to join our team.
We are primarily a blue collar agency so experience and/or knowledge of the construction industry is preferable.
The position is open to entry level applications with previous customer service experience, seasoned recruiters or anybody looking to put down the tools and make the switch from site to office please get in touch.
The main focus of the role initially will be to manage and grow the employee database including calling all candidates, posting job ads, screening, interviewing, placing candidates, general admin. The role, if not from the start will eventually combine business development to a full end to end recruitment consultant role, initial requirements will be determined by experience.
The ideal person will be self motivated and driven to succeed with the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
