We are a well funded exciting digital disruptor in the camping sector. Over the past 4 years and we have successfully scaled the business to Australia, New Zealand, Spain, and the United Kingdom.

The Role;

  • Have a detailed understanding of our customers, and our industry to lead the content direction for our business

  • Overseeing all content creation activities for digital and physical assets.

  • Management of the companies content strategy, and marketing calendar

  • Perform analytical targeted keyword research and build strategies based on your findings.

  • Working alongside the social media manager to create content for the different social media channels. Including assisting with ad-hoc copywriting.

  • Track the effectiveness of content pieces and develop analytical reports and insights to enable continuous optimisation of content activity

  • Manage all content marketing initiatives to optimise a cohesive funnel approach from awareness, consideration and conversion.

  • Develop compelling content and communications across stories, articles, case studies, blogs, web content (using SEO and SEM best practice)

  • Drive weekly, monthly, quarterly optimisation tactics that consistently improve content conversion goals and efficiencies.

  • Direct the filming of video content to tell our customers stories

  • Direct and manage photoshoots for customers

  • Work with other team members on public relations opportunities 

  • Work with partners on marketing opportunities 

  • Be ready, willing, and able to pitch the business to potential partners

  • Manage Facebook and AdWords channels.

  • Manage our online community forums 

  • Manage our frequently asked questions portals

  • Create lead magnets for giveaways and campaigns and calculator packs.

  • Be available to opportrate in a global business in multiple timezones 

  • Be available to travel and spend time at other global offices, including New Zealand, Spain, and the UK

What you should bring; 

  • A minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role

  • Relevant professional qualification (such as Journalism, Public Relations, Social Media, Communications etc)

  • Extensive multi-platform social media experience

  • Excellent copywriting and content development expertise

  • Strong time and workflow management skills

  • Ability to develop & implement strategies to boost organic engagement

  • Experience in taking briefs from key stakeholder

  • Ability to optimise content for SEO

  • Experience in running photoshoots, or video shoots 

  • Experience in pitching business opportunities to partners or customers

  • Experience in developing marketing funnel reports 

  • Intermediate skills in Adobe Photoshop skills with PDF, graphics

  • Understanding of one or more of the following sectors; the caravan and camping sector, vehicle rental, sharing economy.
