A new exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and passionate Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for building and managing a regional sales organization.  This is done by working with your team to grow new business opportunities and build relationships within enterprise customers to drive the adoption of Forcepoint’s solutions.

Essential Functions

  • Manage and lead the sales organization. 
  • Grow new business and build relationships within customers and partners to drive the adoption of Forcepoint Security solutions.
  • Assist territory managers and regional Directors/ Managers in messaging value proposition to customers based on validated customer specific needs.
  • Build a personal network of executive relationships within key customers and partners to leverage for value creation in customer references, PR, media, industry events, etc.
  • Drive the business planning process within the region.
  • Ensure all territory managers and regional directors are integrated into the process and are building their own business plans. 
  • Report progress against business plan.
  • Proactively and aggressively sell to new customers, emphasizing Websense security products.
  • Manage existing customer base, focus on retention and growth within the customer base with a goal of selling additional products
  • Accurately forecast and deliver revenue commitments.
  • Work with the channel sales team and marketing on lead generation, program implementation and training efforts.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Education and Experience

·       Educated to degree level

·       Extensive experience in enterprise security software sales to various channels and direct sales with corporate accounts.

·       Demonstrated track record of attracting and retaining top sales talent in region.

·       Experience managing through other managers required.

·       Evidence of having attained and exceeded quotas in previous positions required (consistently meeting or exceeding goals and financial performance targets)
