Position Description
With the commencement of a new year, my client is seeking an experienced and motivated Bookkeeper to join their team on a permanent part time basis for 2-3 days a week.

You will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties:
  • The coordination of bookkeeping for various clients
  • Processing of Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Payroll duties for specific clients
  • Preparation & lodgement of BAS
  • Develop, manage and maintain solid relationships with the clients
  • Management of emails & correspondence

Ideal Candidate
  • A wealth of experience in a similar Bookkeeping role, preferably within an accounting firm
  • Experience with MYOB and XERO is ideal
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a team environment
  • Excellent ability to multi task with strong attention to detail
