Sales Manager - PBX Systems & Carriage Solutions 

Excellent opportunity for a current PBX Sales Champion to join our management team, with an additional (optional)  opportunity of becoming a shareholder. 

Ideally suited to a self-motivated high achiever who enjoys management and keen to the dream in our beautiful tropical environment including the Great Barrier Reef.

The role reports directly to the Managing Director and encompasses all elements and responsibilities to achieve modest sales targets, of which we are consistently enjoying a 90%+ closing average, with no shortage of leads!

Essential Criteria required:     

Minimum of two years of recent experience selling Business PBX systems.

Clean Drivers licence (company vehicle or vehicle allowance included in remuneration package)

Excellent communications skills, grammar and memory.

Professional appearance and habits, as daily tasks include face to face meeting with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Essential Personal Skills:

  • Demonstrated integrity, respect and reliability.
  • Ability to successfully mentor and manage subordinates in harmony
  • Acknowledges “the Customer is always right”


TeleBiz is a highly reputable regional Telco Carriage & Comms Services Provider (CSP), with wholesale relationships with most upline mainstream network carriers and equipment distributors. We have the freedom to select the best solutions on the market to suit our clients' exact requirements, whereas single/less branded suppliers have limitations because one size does not fit all. Plus, we operate our own single monthly billing system for carriage services and our pricing is very competitive!

Our client churn-in / churn-out ratio is an outstanding 95:5 and both TeleBiz and it's owner have never been the recipient of a formal complaint/demand by the likes of the ACCC, Fair Trading, Fairwork, TIO etc (spanning 30 yrs). 

Standard working hours:
Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm & paid RDO per month.

Remuneration: Salary, $$$ Bonuses, Vehicle etc
Budget on an OTE in the order of $80-$120k, but in reality, it could be $150+.  All employees share in airtime $$$
