About the role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic Store Manager.
You will need to thrive in a fast paced, team environment and always be willing to go the extra mile for our customers and your team. In order to hit the ground running, we are looking for previous retail store management experience and strong customer service skills – Petrol and Convenience experience will be highly regarded, though not essential.
The role is physical in nature, so you will need to enjoy hands-on work, be able to meet challenging deadlines, maintain exceptional retail standards and provide outstanding customer service. You will be recruiting and training staff, and completing a range of retail management responsibilities such as ordering, rosters and maintaining the OH&S standards in the store. There will be weekend, afternoon and night shift work required on a rotating basis.
The successful candidate will receive extensive retail management training and have ongoing support in building their skills in retail management.
