Your main responsibilities will include the preparation and delivery of appropriate, varied and nutritionally balanced meals for the residents of the facility.
The successful candidates will ideally have previous catering experience for large quantities of people in an Aged Care or Hospital environment and have a thorough understanding of food handling, hygiene and nutritional principles.
For the more senior positions, part of your role will also be to advise on costing for both food and equipment and maintaining strong relationships with current and potential suppliers.
