Eldercare has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant to be employed on a permanent part-time basis (28 hours), located at Sash Ferguson, Mount Barker.  Only internal candidates, at this time, will be considered.

The shifts available are 9.00am to 4.30pm, Week 2 Thursday, Friday, Monday and Tuesday

Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, the Customer Service Assistant has a strong focus on driving superior customer service standards to both staff, resident and their families. This role will deliver efficient and effective administrative services in line with our principles of excellence in customer service consistent with our Values.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • deliver excellent administrative support to the Site Operations Manager and ensure site customer service and administration operates in an efficient and timely manner
  • possess a courteous and professional reception service for the site
  • have gained prior Accounting/Finance administration experience
  • assist the Site Operations Manager with recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • enjoy building positive relationships with residents, their families and staff
