Your new role

  • Coordinate and schedule day to day operations of drivers runs
  • Consult with line management in the development and management of operational targets
  • Investigate and report customer complaints to line management
  • Provide relief to the Branch Manager when required
  • Deliver high quality customer service to key stakeholders

Your skills and experience

  • Experience in a similar role coordinating and scheduling
  • Proven experience in a professional staff role, managing/ supervising
  • Knowledge of comprehensive safety management systems
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service
  • Highly organised and good communication skills
  • HR Licence required
  • Must be able to meet various mine site entry requirements
