Organisation Change Management Consultants (Mid-Senior Level)


As part of our growth & innovation, ERM ANZ is seeking experienced Organisational Change Management consultants (multiple positions) to be based in Perth, Brisbane or Melbourne.

Our project wins in the NRM (Oil & Gas, Mining, Power etc) sectors have opened up various opportunities, including consultants & specialist. These are 3 months contract positions, with the opportunity to convert to permanent roles.

The objective of these roles is to deliver a suitable OCM programme, and to support the development and roll-out of a bespoke Sustainability software solution through collaboration with ERM’s Digital Services team.

About You:

As a specialist

The successful candidate will demonstrate proven ability to lead successful delivery of communications activities, organizational readiness or transition to outsourcing relevant to the NRM sector, and will work with the Digital Services team to develop a bespoke solution.

Aside from relevant technical knowledge in OCM, Project Management, Stakeholder Engagement & an interest in new media technologies and IT roll-out are required.

This is a part time position.

As a consultant

The successful candidate will demonstrate ability to support & facilitate the development of the abovementioned OCM Programme with the specialist, and will work with the Digital Services team to develop a bespoke solution.

Aside from relevant technical knowledge in OCM, Project Management, Stakeholder Engagement & an interest in new media technologies and IT roll-out are required.

This is a full time, 3 months contract position.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in OCM programmes- depending on the level required.
  • Strong commitment to safety, including experience implementing strict Health and Safety protocols on projects;
  • Ability to provide excellent project delivery and client service, quality on project deliverables, excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Valid driver’s license and a good driving record;
  • Willing to undertake travel at times throughout Australia, the AP region and Globally when required;
  • Work rights in Australia
