Assistant Data Project Officer

  • Temporary Full Time Opportunity up to January 2022
  • Parramatta/Sydney CBD location
  • $85,488 plus employer’s contribution to superannuation
  • The Assistant Data Project Officer maintains the Programs Funds database and provides information and reports to internal and external clients. In this role you will also maintain and update databases to ensure integrity of data and provide accurate, complete and accessible information.

    About you

    To be successful in this role you will;

  • Demonstrate an ability to work with a broad range of conflicting and competing priorities in a high workload and dynamic political environment.
  • Deliver a range of project management and support services, given tight deadlines and limited resources.
  • Ensure data integrity and currency within the data systems with data cleansing and verification processes and have an appropriate audit trail of documentation.
  • Demonstrate strong Microsoft Excel skills, including experience in writing formulas, and the ability to work within online systems such as Salesforce.
  • Provide advice to stakeholders by producing clear and succinct reports
