Question: Are you a New Graduate or soon to be Graduate Early Childhood Teacher looking for a chance to grow your skills? Or an Experienced Teacher looking to start a new journey to belong to a well-respected organisation and to feel valued for what you do?

About the Centre

We have an EXCITING opportunity for a passionate Kindergarten Teacher to step up in their career to be part of A BRAND NEW, 'STATE-of-the-ART' early childhood service that has a built-in library as well as an incredible outdoor area! The service is incredibly well resourced located in the Cranbourne area. Truly an absolute show stopper! The service is all purpose-built with a creative flair, along with the organisation priding themselves on providing a unique approach to 'innovation' toward the curriculum to ensure the highest quality of care and extensive educational opportunities for the children! We are in search of a new graduate who has the passion or experienced/dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to run a 4-5 YO funded kindergarten program. This is the opportunity to work closely in partnership with the supportive and dedicated centre manager and assistant manager who are looking for the teacher to work together, and to be part of the leadership team in leading the curriculum planning. The Kindergarten Teacher will be the inspiration and support to the staff within the room implementing engaging and explorative programs for the little learners and also to support them for school readiness. This is a wonderful position to consider where the Teacher will not only be part of creatively thought-out and well-resourced service but also be part of the team as a whole in celebrating the children's achievements in reaching each developmental milestone. The organisation is very big on having the teacher express their own uniqueness within the centre, the belief is that each individual uniqueness should be embraced! This is a full-time position with ample program planning time. A very exciting opportunity not to be missed!
