Trainer And Assessor - Early Childhood

About you: 

We’re currently in a growth phase and are seeking Trainer and Assessors from Northern Gold Coast, Brisbane, and Sunshine Coast to support our fabulous students to achieve gaining their attainment of qualifications in Early Childhood. You will know how to motivate and support individuals to achieve learning outcomes whilst being able to engage with Centre Directors and industry professionals to bring in new business.  You will possess a strong focus on customer service and conduct yourself with a high level of professionalism.  You will love working autonomously but also thrive on liaising with your colleagues and managers for support and professional growth.  And of course, let's not forget a good laugh is a must!

The role: 

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships within the industry
  • New business development
  • Engaging and enrolling new students 
  • Engaging students both face to face, in the workplace and remotely to promote completion of learning goals and specific course units 
  • Onsite assessments in services 
  • Adhering to and being an advocate for internal processes and systems 
  • Presenting group training sessions 
  • Attending professional development and industry training updates 

Key Criteria:

  • Cert IV in Training and Assessment including LLN unit 
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC50113) 
  • Recent industry experience as a Director or Lead Educator highly regarded 
  • Experience with learner management software highly regarded 
  • In-depth understanding of compliance and confidentiality regulations 
  • Understanding of validation and moderation processes 
  • Professional, ethical and trustworthy  
  • A positive, proactive attitude and be a team player 
  • Superb administration skills, attention to detail 
  • Microsoft Office  
  • Organisation and time management skills 
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
