Our classrooms and our natural outdoor spaces are welcoming, inviting and specifically designed to enrich the learning possibilities for all children. Our five kinder programs are each facilitated by a passionate, dedicated and inspirational teaching team. Brookville Kindergarten is a not for profit Incorporated Association managed by a voluntary Committee of Management. With a growing team and community, we are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to support the day-to-day operational and management needs of the kindergarten. Work Days of the Role Flexible to suit operational needs Hours of Work of the Role 10 - 12 hours per week Description Some key responsibilities will include:
  • To ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer service
  • Provide office and administrative support to ensure the day-to-day management of the service.
  • General administration duties
  • Documentation support; policy development; conduct viewing days; respond to enrolment queries.
  • Liaison with external organisations such as local Council and other.
  • Maintain administrative records and perform other duties as directed by the Director and/or the Committee of Management
  • To be familiar with, and adhere to, all policies and procedures of the service.
Qualifications The suitable applicant should have:
