Your role in our future.
This role is responsible for supporting the Executive Director Clinical Governance & Strategic Projects and the Director Facilities & PPP with all facets of capital project management at Peter Mac and its satellite services to ensure the continuous provision of all services (clinical and non-clinical) whilst maintaining the building programs.
The position is accountable for working with various consultants, Peter Mac staff and our PPP Providers (Honeywell and Plenary) where applicable to develop the scope of works for capital projects and modifications for Peter Mac, including off site facilities. The Project Manager will manage Capital Projects and State Initiated Modifications (as required) within timelines and budget.

Selection Criteria Essential: 1. Strong experience in a Healthcare setting (Hospitals).
Essential: 2. Experience in the management, planning, design, delivery of capital projects and building works.
Essential: 3. Experience in management of health user groups and stakeholder management.
Essential: 4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively.
