Compliance Manager, Consumer Digital & Marketing


How will I help?
You'll be responsible for providing dedicated business facing second line compliance support to the digital and marketing businesses within the Consumer Bank division of Westpac. Work collaboratively and in support of the Head of Digital & Marketing Compliance to:
- Promote the compliance framework and operating model
- Drive a best Practice approach to Compliance Management
- Engage with business management and first line risk and compliance as an effective business partner to provide advice, insight and oversight

What do I need?
You'll have proven experience as a Compliance Manager. Along with a Bachelor or post-grad studies in the field, you'll have had hands-on experience with compliance frameworks (including the three lines of defence), as well as the legal obligations of financial services. In fact, previous experience in the Banking and Financial Services sector and a regulatory exposure will give you a huge advantage.
