This is a unique opportunity to demonstrate your stakeholder engagement and training experience in this business-critical role at the National response Centre.
The role supports service provision requirements, assisting with all aspects of service build and mobilisation, including ongoing process development and improvements, and the facilitation of training in the centre.
This role reports into the Service Delivery Manager and will be required to work with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver on key performance outcomes. You will be expected to work with a high degree of autonomy and reliability.

You’ll need to be our go-to for process documentation, resilient, and consider yourself an expert within training. The role will call for you to have strong writing experience, a sound eye for detail and advanced organisational skills.
