About the Role

We are looking for a strong Assistant Store Manager for the leading Darwin Store. In this role you will be expected to lead from the front to create profit growing strategies - and ensuring your store reaches its targets. The ideal candidate needs to be results driven, self-motivated and have strong leadership skills to inspire their team and lead them to success.

Skills and Experience

  • Prior Experience Managing and leading a team
  • Previous large format, department store experience preferred
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Visual merchandising experience
  • Experience with high volume stock management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Strong retail operations experience
